7 DAY WAUBAY, SD FISHING TRIP MARCH 2013 SEE DESCRIPTION FOR SPECIFIC DATES AAA SPORTS SHOP (SPOONER) From AAA Sport Shop and Rick’s Ice Fishing Service we have an ultimate ice-fishing trip for up to 8 people in Waubay South Dakota. The trip includes a transportation gas allowance of $300, meals and snacks, beer/liquor (1-case of beer or bottle of booze per person), water and soda, bait (live minnows, frozen smelt & cisco’s, waxies, spikes), and lodging in Waubay, South Dakota for 7 nights (Saturday through Saturday). Rick Anderson will act as your host and camp cook and join you on the ice to seek out trophy fish in many species. Rick has been to Waubay many times and will help you find walleye, northern, perch, bluegill and crappie. Waubay is only a 6-hour drive (350 miles) from the Spooner area and you’ll travel and fish all in the same day. There are several lakes in the Waubay area and you’ll get a chance to fish a multitude of them. Bring your open water rods for shore fishing. In 2011, Rick and crew caught daily limits of 6 to 15 pound northern from shore near a drainage culvert! The trip date will be March 16-23 or March 23-30.
