The 2nd annual Birchwood Halloween Extravaganza is being held tomorrow night.

The Halloween Extravaganza at the Bluegill Bar in Birchwood, was started to honor a long-time resident, Shelly Beffa, who loved Halloween and to help out local students.

Shelly died suddenly 2 years ago during cancer treatment in Minnesota, and friends and family came up with the Halloween party as a way to remember her.

Shelly’s son, Zach Beffa, says his mom loved Halloween, and this weekend’s party will raise funds for students in Birchwood.

The 2nd annual Halloween Extravaganza tomorrow features a costume contest, raffles, games and prizes.

Everybody is invited to join in the fun and you can find out more on the Bluegill Bar Facebook page.
